People do post inappropriate content on user-generated content sites. We do our best to keep the community safe and secure, but you still might run into bad content before we have a chance to take it down. If you spot any objectionable content, please report the content and/or let us know.Farmer Bazaar maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content.
Objectionable content may not be uploaded to the extent such content includes, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit materials; (ii) obscene, defamatory, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity; and (iii) content that promotes the use of sale of illegal or regulated substances.
While we require all of our users to comply with Community Guidelines and reserve the right to monitor violations, we cannot guarantee all users will comply with the Community Guidelines all the time. We have the right to review and take action or remove any User-Generated Content you report.
Any user can flag the content that seems objectionable for review. If you believe any Content submitted to our services violates the Community Guidelines, or if you suspect someone is misusing User-Generated Content, please report it to the support team. Content will be moderated by the maintenance team to ensure the timely removal of any and all objectionable content. User accounts that have been confirmed responsible for posting objectionable content will be restricted from using the Farmer Bazaar application.
We are not responsible or liable for any or harm to you resulting from objectionable User-Generated Content or another user’s failure to comply with our Community Guidelines.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of JUNE 7, 2022, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. You can delete your FarmerBazaar account at any time (available under Profile > Delete > Delete Account). it may take up to 365 days to delete your information after we begin the account deletion process or receive a deletion request.
